Eligibility:

• Live in Washington State, and
  
• Are pregnant, a new mother, or a child under five years of age, and
• Meet the income guidelines set by the Washington State WIC Nutrition program, and
• Have a medical or nutritional need.

Call their clinic to determine eligibility.

If eligible, they will set up an appointment for you.

Applicants will need to bring identification, proof of residency, and proof of income to your WIC appointment.

If you are pregnant, also bring proof of pregnancy.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
