my daughter is 8 months and we just moved to Texas and she had wic in lake Charles and want to see how can i get her back on wic out here
I spoke to a representative in regards to my wic form I did online. I advise i just moved to Texas from Florida and needed to transfer my wic over. I also provided the information to the wic office i attended in Florida. Representative advise she will contact them to fill out a form to switch it over and if i do not receive a call to contact the office. I have called twice and no one picked up the phone and i also left a message.
I want to make a appointment but never answer the phone I call on the mornings but no answers
good
