I had missed my phone call 3 times before I called back. I was obviously busy and my sister answered my phone and said I wasn’t available. I decided to call back to reschedule my appointment because I missed my call. Wic told me it wasn’t that long since they called me so they could go on with my appointment. I am very upset at the way I was being treated at the beginning of my call. The worker did not greet he started of with “where are you? “ “I called you 3 times and you did not answer “ and I explained I was unavailable. He didn’t give his name out he was being rude and I told him I could reschedule if that was okay. He told my that if I was in Mexico he couldn’t proceed with my appointment because he could lose his job. First of all I was not in Mexico I was home. I’m very upset I’m not sure who called me. But all I know it was a guy who was super rude and definitely should not be there because he doesn’t deserve a job title where he is supposed to help others and instead is very unhelpful and rude. My appointment was on 05/08/2020 at 11:00. I wish to speak to someone to address this situation. Clients should be treated with respect and he was not being respectful at all
