Most depressing “doctor” visit ever. Had a 12:30 appointment that was scheduled by my rehab doctor. The Medivan picked me up from the hospital in a wheelchair and took me to mid lakes for my appointment. Yolanda the rude receptionist at the front desk tells me there is no doctor there today. So now I am being charged for two separate rides from the medivan company. Unbelievable. Nobody bothered to tell me or my rehab doctor!! I will be sending the bills to midlakes and sending a report to my attorney since this is not my fault that nobody let me know before coming! She claims that somebody left me a voicemail, which never happened. I have 35 stitches in my head from brain surgery and was just lied to about everything from this place.
Exceptionally kind and professional staff, Dental service was thorough, dentist very gentle and personabale! Bravo!!!
Poor service and letting people wait for 2 hrs.
