IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE FOR THE PAST WEEK IM IN NEED OF SCHEDULING MY 6 MONTH APPOINTMENT FOR MY SON SO I CAN KEEP GETTING MY BENEFITS.
I made an appointment Monday for my child’s benefits to be restored for Tuesday afternoon. I was told someone would contact me.Wednesday evening I’m told they closed early and I’d have to wait until the following Monday to speak with someone. If I could give negative stars I would.
I have called the WIC line and left messages for 3 days counting today to speak to my nutritionist. I do not understand how to use the WIC services and I am unable to speak to anyone. The switch board just keeps taking message after message. Then you are not allowed to come to the office since covid is in place can someone advise me how do you get assistance???
I moved here from Beaufort county and their wic locations are far better than Richland county. Beaufort is much smaller, and have different locations and never crowded. Columbia is much bigger, and have very limited locations and very crowded. Richland county need to do better.
