If you do not live in the immediate area, please call the TCC WIC office at 907-451-6682, ext. 3778.
USDA policy requires that applicants must apply personally for WIC benefits at their local WIC clinic.
Parents who do not want to bring their newborn to the MIC clinic have a period of 60 days in which the newborn has to be seen in the MIC clinic.
Requirements:
Proof of income, proof or residence, and ID (driver's license, SSS card, passport)
The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
