They always been very professional, helpful and very nice, no complaints at all, they always make sure that I have the assistance that I need. I'm pretty grateful that we still have good people when we need it.

The employee of WIC PORT ARTHUR is so rude. I have to tell the woman who sit at the side of the wall. I am a Vietnamese. I may not understand English very well but i can if she speak slowly. She asked me if i understand English. She told that in an irony way. I just feeling bad at that time. Then she still speak fast. i was confusing and she keep comment about my answer. That s the rudest employee i ever meet! She should have explained slowly that i had from other employees
I feel very discriminated against every single time I go to this location. I’m always told to leave because they’re on lunch even though they’re helping other people and continuing to call people forward. The employees are incredibly rude. I waste more money going here because I don’t have my own vehicle and have to abide by others schedules to make it there just to be told to turn around. And I refuse to type my name due to the fact that I honestly do feel discriminated against and it will only make it worse, I’m only contacting so that maybe someone there will actually help people instead of making things more difficult.
