How to Apply For WIC
It's as easy as 1-2-3!
Call 1-800-868-0404 to make an appointment.
WIC has day, evening, and Saturday appointments available. WIC even has walk-in hours!
Remember, please bring the family members applying for WIC services to the appointment (you, your child and/or your infant). If the appointment is for a child, only a parent or legal caretaker who lives with the child can bring the child and complete the paperwork.
What Does WIC Offer?
By joining WIC, you are becoming part of a team that will help provide you with the tools and support you need to make healthy choices for you and ones you love.
To do this, WIC provides:
Monthly checks to buy healthy food
Personalized nutrition information and support
Breastfeeding support, including one-on-one counseling with a mother who has breastfed
Referrals for services that can benefit the whole family
But that's not all!
WIC also offers immunization screening and referral, infant formula support, and nutrition and health classes on a variety of topics including meal planning, caring for a new baby, shopping on a budget, and more.
Broken-down by cost, WIC services can be valued at over $300 a month.
We encourage you to take advantage of all that WIC offers.
To apply for WIC or to make an appointment, call 1-800-868-0404.
The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

When I tell you this is soooooooo unprofessional it’s sad I been on this phone trying to get in contact with someone for the past 2 hours when I finally speak with someone I’m letting them know it’s an emergency my twins don’t have no more milk and they didn’t inform me my card was not going to activated on the 24 when it takes the whole month for the wic to expire !!! This is very unprofessional them desk people need their ass fired !!
formula was ordered for my daughter and we were told no appointment was needed by the nutritionist; just needed to come by at our convenience and pick it up. my mom, who has authorization to come in my place, went to pick it up and the front desk staff was extremely rude. after sitting there almost an hour, with my daughter screaming, they finally gave her the formula. i have been to this office several times and have no issues with the nutritionist or some of the other staff, but the front desk staff in general has not been very pleasant to deal with.
