Reviews
Very Rude workers, no one knows anything, they will not answer phone or purposely hangs up.
I have been to both Hinds county offices and continue to get the run around when trying to sign up for WIC, the walk-in time frame is only 1 hour and appointments are months out. It’s absolutely insane how your treated when trying to get assistance, some of the workers need to be trained to know that while working with people you should be more compassionate and understanding.
I’ve been trying to reach you all since May 14 when I had my new born
Very disappointed because u can never get the proper information u need over the phone. No one ever respond if they do it's with attitude. Very unhappy with this poor customer service
