Office Information: Through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), Second Harvest Heartland provides a box of nutritious food each month to income-eligible post-partum women 6-12 months who are not breastfeeding and who are not served by WIC, and children between the ages of five and six through the Mothers and Children Program (MAC) and to low income seniors 60 years and over through the Nutrition Assistance Program for Seniors (NAPS).

The packages may include

Eligible clients are required to provide
recently postmarked mail with name and address, knowledge of current gross monthly household income, and picture ID.
Postpartum mothers and all children need a WIC folder, birth certificate or documentation of the childs birth date.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.
