Office Information:
To be eligible for WIC in Georgia, you must meet the following criteria:
Residency: You must live in Georgia.
Income: Your income must be at or below 185% of the federal poverty level. You can find the current income eligibility guidelines on the Georgia Department of Public Health website: https://dph.georgia.gov/WIC/income-eligibility-guidelines
Categorical: You must be one of the following:
A pregnant woman
A new mother breastfeeding up to one year after the baby's birth
A new mother not breastfeeding up to six months after the baby's birth
A father or guardian of an infant or child under five years old
Additional eligibility factors:
Nutritional risk: You or your child must be at nutritional risk, as determined by a healthcare professional.
Place of residence: You must live in an area served by a WIC clinic.

I'm not employed neither is my girlfriend how do we go about applying for WIC? She is going to be induced Thursday the 2nd of July and we need to be able to get formula for our daughter. Neither of us are employed , we live with my parents but we are responsible for our food and the formula for the baby. We live in Greenville Georgia and have for the last 2 years.
