Office Information:

WIC is a supplementary food and nutrition education program for pregnant women, breastfeeding or postpartum women under 6 months, infants and children under five years of age. This is a short-term intervention plan designed to encourage targeted high-risk groups to actively engage in nutrition and health behaviors.

Hours of operation:

• Between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM on the 1st Tuesday of the month

Requirements:

• Proof of income
• Proof of current eligibility for Medicaid, Food Stamps or FIP
• Proof of your address
• Proof of identity for each family member applying for WIC 

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
