Office Information:
WIC is a supplement food and nutrition education program for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or up to 6 month post-partum, infants, and children up to age of five.
They are a short-term intervention program designed to encourage positive nutrition and health behaviors in a targeted, high-risk population.
Hours of operation:
- Between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Proof of income
- Proof of your address
- Proof of identity for each family member applying for WIC
Call them to schedule an appointment.
The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
