Reviews
Please, please find a new location for the Geauga WIC office! It is impossible for an appointment with a toddler to go smoothly! The large room with cubicals provides no privacy for women who have personal questions. The area with medical supplies is completely open and right next to the basket of toys and books. It is very distracting to have to worry about your child crawling in there while you talk. It’s distracting to the employees as well, as they also have to monitor whether the children are headed somewhere they shouldn’t. The waiting area has a push bar door to the outside just a couple of feet from the chairs. Women with multiple children could easily look away for a moment and have one kid running out into the construction area there. It is a miserable space that is not welcoming like the old office was. I absolutely hate having to go now, which is a shame since I loved talking with Tammy (spelling?) before, when my daughter was confined in an office space with us. Please, find them a better space So everyone will stop putting off appointments and actually be able to focus on what’s important during them.
