Between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM on Monday to ThursdayBetween 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM on FridayTo qualify for WIC you will need:
a height and weight measurement a blood test for hemoglobin or hematocritNote: The measurements and blood test must be taken within 60 days of the WIC appointment.
Ask your doctor or health clinic to fill out a WIC Medical Referral Form with this health information.
If you don't have a doctor, the WIC office will let you know how you can get the health information needed.
Then, the staff at the WIC office will let you know if you qualify for WIC.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
