It’s crazy when the homeless ask for help, your employees can’t help due to “needing an address.” Your employees can’t tell me if mail would be sent to an address, because I wouldn’t be able to receive it if I just gave them some random address. The fact I need to make an account or give them an address to see if they had an appointment before Friday is absolutely obscene as well so much for helping the community who genuinely needs help
I am trying to request an appointment asap , I need help with getting baby food for my 6 month old son.
I am amazed that during a lockdown, I have to come in for an appointment. Why were benefits just not loaded for a month to get through the mandatory stay at home time? Or a phone appointment.
