Disappointed. I'm 6 months pregnant and trying to get assistance and I called into the office to ask one simple question and the lady on the phone was rude to me, she cut me off when I was speaking and acted like I was an inconvenience to her because it was close to closing time....all I'm trying to do is get some help and im feeling very discouraged about this after the phone call.
This is the rudest service I have ever gotten and I feel like the lady at the door was intentionally making me wait and there lady behind the counter lied to save herself and make me like the bad person waiting 40 minutes.
Normally everyone is extremely nice. But Everytime I happen to get the older women with short hair and glasses she is extremely opinionated and judgemental. This last time I can in she was asking me about how much I smoked. I said about 3 times a week. Which is significantly less than before I got pregnant. She made a few comments, and I told her that I have depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, dependent personality disorder, and get panic attacks when surrounded by alot of people in public. I told her I go to counseling every two weeks and when I got pregnant I stopped taking my mood stabilizers and smoking but started having panic attacks at work and had to go to the hospital and quit my job. So I am now not taking my meds, and slowly stopping smoking instead of all at once. My entire appointment she acted like my reasons were invalid and treated me like crap. I was very upset when I left. My councler, my byob, and my family doctor all understand what I do and why, yet this woman acts extremely judgemental. Not cool
