I feel like the wic doesn't help me as much.
I am a new expectant mother. I have been trying to get in contact with your office for a few weeks now.
We are facing hard times especially during the Covi-19 pandemic. WIC takes pride and assuring those they provide services to with reassurance. Prior to giving birth to my new born I was assure a quick response to formula when applying and following through with their require steps to assure my new born with his or her need. I as any other recipient have comply with wic and received the news that I would have to wait over a week waits for a phone interview, when previously spoken to a wic rep. And told me the opposite. I’m a strong believer in communication and you’ve fallen extremely short, failing to provide a quick response and providing the correct information, I’ve received the worst customer service today when speaking to a rep. The women spoke over me, failed to even hear anything I disclosed and quick dismiss me and attempted to intimate me with a supervisor
i want to apply for wic , what are the documents we need to apply please let me know ,
