I want to start by saying that the nurse that was there today was absolutely HORRIBLE. Firstly, no one told me nor my wife that our newly 1 - year old daughter would be getting a blood sample drawn. Nonetheless, the real issue was the nurse ; she was very rough.
Awful service, very rude employees and I was waiting for hours. Employees here are the most awful ever. Ridiculous how they are so rude.
I came into the wic office today. Everything and everyone were very sweet and professional. However now this is not me reviewing or reflecting how anyone does their job at this place but corporate or whoever makes the kids height and weight charts I feel need to do better research and update them. Because I was told multiple times my son was “obese” and he is not. I take him regularly to the dr and they always say he is a little over on weight on the charta BUT because he is tall (taller than average) it balances out so there is no issues and literally my son is so active and fit I cant even keep up with him half the time. If you cant update charts then maybe tell staff to tell parents that even though thats what reflects on the charts long as the parents are doing their job and the kids are active thats all that matters. I have never been told my son was OBESE I think thats absurd. Thank you for your time! And again loved coming here today it was a bit hectic and I ended up being there for 2 hours thats the only thing I would change try to get people in and out quicker if possible or schedule them evenly not almost everyone after 1 pm. I was told during the morning there was barely anyone there so I was disappointed because I could have came earlier and probably have been in and out quicker. Thank you!
Hello, i came into the wic office today. Monday march 26th at 8:00 am. I had two children with me. One of which is autistic. The entire staff here is always excellent with her. However, today i came across a lady i think her name is L. L was perhaps the rudest person i have ever come across. She had a terrible attitude problem and was completely nasty. It amazes me that someone like that is working with children. I will refuse my children be around her the next time i have to go into the wic office.
