They don’t pick up the phones
It takes absolutely forever to get ahold of this office. I've been trying for a month to get my children in and it's becoming absolutely annoying
I called since september 16th my appointment date no one called and told me my appointment was canceled i was told wait to wait 24 to 48 hours i still never received a call i really need to reschedule please and thank you
If you call the 985-847-0720 number just leave a msg and they are good about calling back. leave your family ID and good msg with call back number. do not call the 607 #
I have an appointment tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM that conflicts with a doctors appointment that I have at 8 AM. I have tried to call repeatedly to see if I can reschedule the time that I come in tomorrow or come in a different day and I cannot get through for love or money. Apparently, I’m having the same problem that the other reviewer on here had. I even went as far as trying to call the Covington WIC office to see if there was another phone number that I was unaware of for the slidell WIC office and that office was closed too. What the hell is going on? The government shutdown is over. There is no reason I shouldn’t be able to reach someone at the office. Anyway, I hope I don’t get chastised for not making my appointment on time and it would be really nice to know if the Slidell office is even open. Sure would be nice if someone contacted me!!
I have been calling and there is no answer I’m trying to Reschedule a appointment for I have missed it on the 3 it was my fault forgetting the date but I need a reschedule please and thank you .
