The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

THANKS FOR MY SHOT. Got my first Moderna Shot today for Covid 19 at 12:30 PM. At 10:00 PM I am still feeling fine. I tasted my shot while waiting 15 minutes to make sure I would not have a reaction. My arm is only sore to the touch. I was in my running car entire time. Window down during the processing and getting shot. I was in a line of about 12 vehicles ahead of me. Took a total of about 50 minutes. Removed my shirts to get shot in left arm and given a card with lot number of the vaccine and date of March 10th for second shot. It was 16° here and all nurses and multiple men to work traffic moving and controlled ... looked dressed warm, but sure they were cold. I was really impressed with the kindness of everyone and how helpful they were. Proud of my Dent County and Health Department.
