I had an appointment for my 2 boys today at 10:30 and 11:00. I waited for over 30 minutes and people who came in after me were being called. My appointment in my book said 10:30 and my reminder said 10:30. The lady at the desk "looked at it wrong" so I was there for 2 hours. The lady at the desk is always rude and even has gotten on her phone in front of me. Shes thin, wears a lot of make up and light brown hair with highlights. The nutritionist who saw us was amazing, I forgot her name but she seemed new and was Hispanic I believe. She was amazing, very helpful and amazing with my kids. I worked in a clinic as a receptionist and we were always told we were the gate keepers and to always have good customer service and this lady never does! The nutritionist definitely made my experience better.
