The lady at the front desk is so rude! When I first started going the first front desk lady was so nice here name was Maria I want to say she was so polite said good morning and this other lady so rude she also made a comment stating she was “doing me a favor in getting benefits “ because she was upset with the woman in front of me who didn’t have all her baby paper work when I brought my week old newborn to the office plus all The paper work needed! It’s not fair to get that experience when you’re a first time mom in need of help to be able to feed yourself and a new born with no help! Every time I call there no answer and when I go to the office in person since I can’t get a hold of them it’s always a with an attitude because I don’t have “an appointment “!
I called in regards to getting a replacement card. The lady over the phone told me to get there between 1:30 and 4pm, I got there at 3:50. The receptionist (who wasn’t the normal receptionist I always deal with) was very rude, kept talking over me, and when I asked about her helping me with re establishing my benefits app, she said I had to call the customer service number to get help because they don’t deal with it at all. I call the number on the card to activate but there’s no live representatives to help, and there is no customer service number on the app for me to call. Poor customer service all around. I will be returning sometime this week to see if the regular receptionist will be there and if she can help me instead.
I keep calling during business hours and not during the lunch break and no one answers the phone.
