I am trying to sign up for WIC benefits. I am pregnant right now.
I need the email address again? I wrote it down wrong
Hi, I missed the phone calls from the nutritionalist. Can I re-apply for benefits? Sincerely Krystle
I am also a US ARMY VETERAN! To be treated and talked to this way by people who are supposed to be employees of our government is UNAcceptable! This service is Not representational of our government AT ALL! I WILL be filing a grievance report as well as a discrimination complaint. This facility fails this country in every aspect imaginable. More respectful people deserve these jobs!
Everytime I’ve come to this facility I’ve dealt with a rude employee. The sad part is I’m a US Army Veteran and I’m sure they don’t even know that. I called today and the young lady who answered the phone literally hung up in my face AFTER I thanked her. Consider hiring people with better “people” skills.
