Reviews
I think it’s super unfortunate how bad customer service has fallen in this day and age. Every time I call this office they are not answering their phones. When the automated system comes on to give you options, there is no option for speaking directly to a WIC representative, it’s only a option to leave a MESSAGE. When you are transferred to the voicemail they tell you the mailbox is full and that you CANT leave a message. I blame management with its lack of urgency to get this fixed! Very sad!
Hey my son had an interview over the phone today at 3 but my phone is off and I’m not sure how to get in contact
Courteous, warm, professional, efficient, detail oriented, explains things well, able to provide on short notice, able to handle missing info and items fast, last minute appointments for difficult transport, some of the best office staff and cool people in the waiting room. This is the location that I use.
