User questions and answers
Help our users find out more about Jones County, MS Health Department WIC.The wic distribution center employees in Laurel are rude and no help at all. My baby is having formula issues and I went today with a new prescription and sat in the parking lot calling fir 10 minutes before some one answered just to say “ we’re at lunch call back at 1:10. I had errands to run so I got back at 1:50 and called for 15 minutes just to be told sorry we closed at 2:00 by someone. Had they answered at 1:50 they would not have been closed and I wouldn’t have had to bow drive to Bay Springs to get my baby’s formula. No worries Laurel rude people will NOT see me again. I will be going g to see the very nice people in Bay Springs who stayed open until I got there to let me have my babies formula.
